Lockers was made in collaboration with 17 of my favorite vocalists and 11 other musicians. The creative process was a refreshing departure from writing songs that center my own experiences. My goal was to create a massive mosaic of disparate ideas, voices, and experiences. The core sentiment of the record is my desire that people would listen to their neighbors and truly seek to understand their story before passing judgement. No one is an expert in anyone else's experience. Every single person you pass by on your daily commute is going through something and has a story.
